Arcadia Public Library Storytime:
Ages 4 months – Preschool.
Kindergarten – 5th grade – practice reading aloud to Bernie , the big brown dog
Middle Schoolers – join the middle school book club to discuss great books, watch a move, enjoy, crafts and snacks and have fun.

Tot Classes: arts and crafts, tumbling, pre-gymnastics, dance, baton twirling, soccer and pee wee tennis

Youth Programs:
Flag football, cheer league, basketball league, creative arts, drawing, swim club, basketball league, learn carooning, ceramics, candy making, dance, acting, voice, public speaking, improv for kids, leadership camp, beginning drums, piano, voilin, guitar, kindermusic, ABCs of children managing money, baton twirling, cooking, karate, yoga, gymnastics, photography, tennis, tap dance, junior golf, soccer, mad science camp, NASA space academy, chemistry, and more.

Free supervised come & go recreation program for kids in grades 1 – 5.  Board games, outdoor games, crafts.

Teen Programs:
Teen Iron Chef competition, intramural football league, volunteer program, high school Apache Pit, where high school students can drop in, hang out and enjoy ping pong, billiards, foosball, do homework and participate in special events.
Teen classes in acting, guitar, volleyball, ju-jitsu, creative arts, photography, tennis, piano, and Hawaiian Hula dance.

Free supervised middle school youth recreation program for kids in grades 6 – 8.  The Zone provides a monthly calendar of daily activities and special events that the youth can  participate in such as tournaments, movie days, table games and homework help.  There is no charge for the program but fees will apply for some special events.  Participants are required to sign in and out on a daily basis however staff cannot prevent a youth from leaving the Zone if so desired.
